Shandong Minsheng Group has officially signed an agreement with Xishan Street in Echeng District, Ezhou, Hubei, to launch a green intelligent washing circular economy industrial park. The project covers 70 to 100 mu of industrial land with a three-year construction period. The investor, Shandong Minsheng Group, is Shandong Province's first provincial-level private industrial investment platform, ranked among China's Top 500 Manufacturing Enterprises, with 2025 revenue exceeding 51.1 billion yuan.
The core of the project is to establish a complete closed-loop industrial chain from linen procurement to waste textile recycling. The park will feature eight core sectors, including 6-8 fully automated intelligent washing digital factory lines, a distributed photovoltaic plus energy storage system, a high-standard reclaimed water facility with a daily capacity of 1,500 tons, a shared linen rental and washing integrated operation system, new energy unmanned smart logistics support, a waste linen resource recycling center, industrial incubation facilities, and a full-chain industrial internet digital control platform.

What does this project mean for the textile finishing industry in Central China? First, a fundamental shift in business models: from single washing services to integrated “rental-washing plus resource recycling.” The shared linen rental system will reduce procurement and cleaning costs for end users like hotels and hospitals, while the waste linen recycling center directly addresses environmental pressures from textile solid waste.
Second, it sets a technological benchmark. The fully automated smart lines, combined with the reclaimed water facility (1,500 tons per day) and photovoltaic storage system, are expected to achieve integrated operations in water saving, energy saving, resource recycling, and digital control.
